Important Information
Piece of Cake Parties & Celebrations deliver within Australia and Internationally. All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars.
What payment methods do you accept & when is payment due?
For Australian orders we accept payment via PayPal (includes credit card option) and Direct Deposit.
Payment via PayPal is made automatically at checkout.
Payment via Direct Deposit is to be received by POCP & C within 48 hours. Payments take 24 – 48hrs to clear/display in our account so prompt payment is appreciated and required to secure your order. Orders will only be dispatched once payment clears. (Orders that are not paid for within the due timeframe are subject to cancellation without notice.)
For International orders payment is accepted via PayPal only (includes credit card option). Payment for order is made automatically at checkout, we will then issue your postage invoice once order has been received and this is due within 24hours.
Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations

Should a fault or defect be detected with a product, we will happily arrange a replacement of the product or provide you with a refund. Only those products that are faulty or defective will be replaced or refunded, not the total order.

If you receive your goods and they differ from your order as a result of human error during processing, then we will happily exchange products or refund your money for incorrect items.

Please choose your items carefully as there will be no refunds, returns or cancellations for change of mind (or similar reasons) once order is placed and/or received. Items that are damaged after delivery or after use will not be refundable or exchangeable.
We take all possible care to ensure our products are sent to you in perfect condition, however if there are any problems with your purchase; please contact us in writing via email to pieceofcakeparties@iinet.net.au within 3 days of receipt of goods. We will then contact you to discuss a resolution and arrange any necessary returns, exchanges or refunds.

Many products/confectionary display the following or similar Product Safety Warnings:
- WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Small Parts. Not for children under 3 years.
- Item may contain nuts, egg, soy, dairy (etc) or contain traces of such.
Please choose your items responsibly and ensure that products are suitable for your desired age group. Please ensure that you double check food labels or clarify ingredient list with us if need be.
Piece of Cake Parties and Celebrations is not responsible for any reaction or allergy arising from the consumption of any of our supplied products or for any damage caused due to the use, or improper use of any supplied product.
